When making a donation, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card information (number, expiration date or security code).
When applying for admission, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter: the applicant's name, gender, date of birth, social security number, citizenship, visa information, birth place, spoken languages, ethnicity, mailing address, living status (with parents or not), current and previous schools attended (name, grade, date started, date ended, mailing address, phone number, fax phone, e-mail address, principal's name or counselor's name), academic and post graduation goals, interested activities, behavioral information, spiritual life (relationship with Jesus Christ, church involvement, church name, pastor's name, church mailing address, phone number, fax number or email address), the applicant's parents/guardian information (name, email-address, mailing address, phone numbers, church affiliations, pastor's name, church email-address, phone number or fax number) or the applicant's siblings information (name or age).
